THE MOCKUP
The first step was to produce a mindmap on our assigned theme:
"Promote action against climate change".
This mindmap is what allowed us to come up with an original
application idea. That's why we are sharing it with you. It will allow
you to understand the questions we asked ourselves and the progress we
have seen in this area. But above all, we were able to find out what
the needs were that had not been addressed before.
PROJECT DRAFT
One of the first steps in the elaboration of our project (after doing
the mindmap on the theme we were assigned) was to brainstorm around
our project and to present the result in a glitch project (you will
find the result just below).
This will allow you to have a better understanding of the spirit we
want to give to our application, its identity, our motivations and the
main goals we want to achieve.
WIREFRAME OF OUR PROJECT
Then we made a wireframe of our project. This was the first draft of
what our application would look like. It allowed us to think for the
first time about how we could improve the user experience.
As a matter of facts, wireframes are simple black and white layouts
that outline the specific size and placement of page elements, site
features, conversion areas and navigation for your
website/application.
MOCKUPS & TESTS
The next step in the realization of our project was to create, thanks
to the Figma website, mockups of our project. These mockups are
demonstrators of our concepts that will allowed us to easily get
end-users feedback. They provide a medium-fidelity representation of
our projets.
More precisely, first of all, we started our mockups with only the
main feature of our concept. Then, we had it tested by potential
users. Thanks to the feedback of theese testers, we improved the
mockups. These mockups will give you a better understanding of what
our application will look like and how we want it designed.
You will find the link to our mockup
